Our Easterseals Enterprises (ESE) Vocational Program provides individuals with disabilities opportunities to develop crucial employment skills, increase personal independence, and achieve their self-determined career goals.
Here is how we support each individual's unique journey:
Contract Employment Opportunities: We partner with premier state and local entities to offer valuable, hands-on work experience, including:
Caltrans
Office of Emergency Services (OES)
Lodi Fairgrounds
Local community businesses and organizations
Our Job Development Services: We provide dedicated support for career exploration, job search assistance, resume building, interview preparation, and community employment placement.
Our Job Coaching Services: We deliver tailored on-the-job training, workplace advocacy, skill development, and long-term retention support to ensure ongoing career growth for each individual.
Our Day Program Activities: We offer integrated skill-building classes, community outings, volunteer opportunities, social and recreational activities, as well as independent living and workplace readiness training.
Ratios & Support Structure
To provide flexible support that meets individuals exactly where they are on their career journey, we operate ESE across two distinct structures:
8:1 Group Ratio: For structured group vocational training, contract employment settings, and collaborative day program activities.
1:1 Individualized Ratio: For targeted, one-on-one job development services, customized on-the-job training, and direct workplace coaching.

We aim to empower individuals to build confidence, develop meaningful skills, and achieve ultimate success in Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) in their local communities.
