Adult Day Services

Explore options that help adults with disabilities build skills, gain confidence, and reach their goals.

Overview

At Easterseals Superior California, we offer a variety of Adult Programs across the greater Sacramento area that promote true independence. Operating five days a week, our programs are entirely person-centered. Individuals choose from a calendar of fun, structured, and purposeful activities designed to help them meet their self-determined personal goals.

Our balanced approach combines structured programming at our dedicated centers with active engagement out in our local community.

Community & Center Experiences

Our skill-building groups and activities include:

  • Life Skills & Wellness: Self-advocacy, community safety, health and wellness, time and money management, and appropriate social interactions.
  • Technology & Creative Arts: Computer literacy, internet skills, creative arts, and leisure activities.
  • Community Integration: Regular outings to local museums, college campuses, libraries, parks, shopping malls, and restaurants.
