Our Vision Team provides the leadership and strategic oversight that drives Easterseals forward. With a deep commitment to accountability, innovation, and community impact, we work to strengthen programs and expand resources for the individuals who rely on our services.

Meet Our Vision Team 

  • Gary Kasai — President & CEO. Gary provides the overall leadership and vision for Easterseals, guiding us in fulfilling our mission and expanding our impact across our local communities. 

  • Elizabeth Thorup — Vice President of Human Resources & Administration. Elizabeth oversees our human resources and administrative functions, supporting our staff and ensuring our organization runs smoothly and effectively every day. 

  • Rennie Saltzman — Vice President of Pediatric Services. Rennie leads our programs serving children and families, focusing on providing high-quality pediatric services that foster growth, development, and full inclusion. 

  • Stephanie Gordon — Vice President of Adult Services. Stephanie directs our services and supports for adults, ensuring the individuals we serve have access to programs that promote independence and enhance their quality of life.
